No. The plan supports routine foot and circulatory wellness, but it does not replace medical diagnosis, diabetes treatment, podiatric care, or urgent medical assessment. Any wound, infection, sudden colour change, swelling, severe pain, or loss of sensation should be assessed promptly by a qualified medical professional.
