Ekaan Connect gives your family one consistent Concierge contact for coordinating doctor appointments, medicine refills, diagnostics, daily errands, home services, travel, technology support, wellness bookings, and family updates. It does not include scheduled Care Manager home visits.
Yes. It is designed for seniors who manage independently but want one trusted contact for coordination. It is also suitable for families living in another city or country who want reliable support for their parents on the ground.
Ekaan Connect does not include scheduled home visits. Regular in-person Care Manager support begins with Ekaan Active. Core Members may also request on-demand Care Manager support, subject to availability and applicable charges.
Yes. Moving to a higher-touch plan takes effect immediately, with a pro-rated charge for the remaining days in the current quarter. Contact the Ekaan team to request the plan change.
