Ekaan Assisted Wellness

Ekaan Assisted Wellness costs ₹23,999 per month and is billed quarterly. It includes four Care Manager visits every month lasting 6–8 hours each, five therapeutic sessions every month, full Ekaan Concierge access, a Comprehensive Care Plan reviewed every quarter, and the listed health and wellbeing assessments.

It is designed for elders managing complex care needs, recovering from surgery, or requiring longer, higher-touch support and dependable care coordination.

The plan includes a full-body check-up, online physician consultation, OT assessment, hearing assessment, vision screening, and cognitive wellness screening every quarter. It also includes one online nutrition consultation every month.

The Comprehensive Care Plan is co-designed by the member’s Care Manager and an Occupational Therapist. It is reviewed every quarter to reflect the member’s changing needs and priorities.

Assisted Wellness provides longer Care Manager visits, one additional therapeutic session every month, a Comprehensive Care Plan, and additional vision and cognitive wellness screenings. It is designed for members who require more comprehensive and higher-touch support.

No. Ekaan coordinates care, wellness, companionship, and daily-life support. Medical diagnosis and treatment remain the responsibility of registered and qualified medical professionals.
