Frequently Asked Questions
Ekaan offers four Core Memberships. Ekaan Connect is a digital Concierge membership at ₹2,499 per quarter. Ekaan Active is ₹6,999 per month, Ekaan Essential is ₹14,999 per month, and Ekaan Assisted Wellness is ₹23,999 per month. These three plans are billed quarterly in advance. Taxes are charged at actuals. Core Members can also add Mind & Memory+, Foot & Circulatory Wellness+, or a custom Ekaan Flex+ plan.
Yes. Every Core Membership includes access to the Ekaan Concierge. The plans differ mainly in scheduled Care Manager visits, visit duration, health assessments, and therapeutic or wellness sessions.
Ekaan Connect costs ₹2,499 per quarter. Ekaan Active, Ekaan Essential, and Ekaan Assisted Wellness display a monthly plan price but are billed quarterly in advance. Taxes are charged at actuals.
You may cancel your membership at any time by writing to care@ekaanwellness.com. Ekaan will retain the membership fee for the current quarter in which services were provided. Any amount paid for future quarters will be refunded after applicable deductions in accordance with Ekaan’s Refund Policy. Please review the current Terms & Policies for complete conditions.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, with a pro-rated charge for the remaining days in the current quarter. Downgrades also take effect immediately—the pro-rated difference is credited toward your next quarterly invoice. Contact the Ekaan team to request any plan change.
Yes. Mind & Memory+, Foot & Circulatory Wellness+, and Ekaan Flex+ are available as add-ons for Ekaan Core Members. These plans provide focused support as your parent’s needs change.
Core Members can request additional support, subject to availability. A 1–2 hour Care Manager Support Visit costs ₹1,200, while an Additional Hour costs ₹399. Taxes and any third-party service costs may apply.
Ekaan Connect is suitable for independent seniors who mainly need coordination. Ekaan Active adds preventive check-ins and two Care Manager visits every month. Ekaan Essential provides a consistent weekly Care Manager presence. Ekaan Assisted Wellness offers longer visits and more comprehensive support for complex care needs or recovery. Ekaan confirms the most suitable plan through a personal conversation before enrolment.
