Ekaan Active is designed for an independent elder who does not need daily support but would benefit from regular preventive check-ins, coordination, and two Care Manager visits every month.
Yes. Ekaan Active includes full Ekaan Concierge access alongside its scheduled Care Manager visits and preventive-care inclusions.
The Care Manager records relevant observations, follows up on agreed actions, and sends the family a clear update so that every aspect of care remains connected. The exact communication process is confirmed during onboarding.
