Ekaan Essential includes four Care Manager visits every month, with each visit lasting 3–4 hours. It also includes four therapeutic sessions every month, selected from physiotherapy, strength training, cognitive sessions, foot wellness, or yoga.

The plan includes a full-body check-up, online physician consultation, home safety and overall wellbeing audit, OT assessment, and complimentary hearing assessment every quarter. It also includes one online nutrition consultation every month.

Ekaan Essential offers consistent oversight and weekly Care Manager support. However, suitability depends on the condition and the level of assistance required. For complex needs, recovery support, or focused cognitive or circulatory care, Ekaan may recommend Assisted Wellness or a Condition Specific add-on after understanding the member’s requirements.
